Our Commitment to Excellence in Property Management
At Prosper, we go beyond the basics. While we rigorously adhere to South Carolina's implied warrant of habitability (SC Code § 27-40-440 (2020)), we set our own standards even higher to ensure that every property we manage not only complies with legal requirements but also meets our stringent criteria for quality and comfort. This commitment ensures that each property is not just legally compliant but also a welcoming, well-maintained home for tenants.
