Hi, I'm Davis Toney - Founder & Owner of Prosper Management Group.

Before starting Prosper, I spent 10 years building software companies in the real estate and supply chain space. It was an amazing opportunity to create value for some of the largest companies in the world, all while building a special culture.

While flying all over the country is exciting - priorities change once you start to have kids! With a desire to be present for my growing family, I started Prosper.

With a passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the transformative power of technology, I am dedicated to redefining property management in Charleston. If you're a client of mine, you'll hear me emphasizing care, clarity, candor, and accountability—principles we stand by.
